Games & Sports
Noble Heart School takes pride in fostering a strong culture of sports and physical well-being by integrating games and athletics into the academic curriculum, in line with the CBSE’s Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system. Equal importance is given to the holistic development of students, with a focus on physical fitness through activities such as sports, games, and yoga.
The school is well-equipped with facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. Students receive training in outdoor sports like Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Javelin throw, Shot put, and other athletic events, as well as indoor games such as Chess, Carrom, and Table Tennis. They are also encouraged to participate in various Zonal and District-level championships, helping them build confidence and sportsmanship.
In addition, the school organizes an Annual Sports Meet each year, featuring a wide range of athletic events. Winners are recognized with prizes and certificates, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and motivating students to excel.
Achievements
- During Session 2023-24, six students bagged prizes at 67th Zonal Sports Championship, Mohali.
- Summaya, a student of class 8th won medals at Zonal level Athletics Championship, Mohali for last three consecutive years in Shotput (U-14 Girls Category).
- Sameer, a student of class 8th won Gold medals at Zonal and District Athletics Championship, Mohali for last three consecutive years in 200m Race – Athletic Event as well as Shotput (U-17 Boys Category).
- Priyanshu, Student of class 9th won 1st position at 67th Zonal Sports Championship, Mohali in 3000m Race – Athletic Event (U-17 Boys Category).
- Several other students participated in Badminton, Volleyball and Kabaddi Championships at Zonal level.
